Reservations
- RESERVATION METHOD:
Please contact the hotel to reserve your room by calling Omni Reservations at 1-800-THE-OMNI and, in either case, referring to the group and meeting name International Society of Pituitary Surgeons Reservations must be made on or before Monday, May 21, 2012. All group attendees will be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges.
- Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM local time at the Hotel on the Cut-Off Date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. Hotel reserves the right to release for general sale any unused portion of the room block.
- CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Our check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. All guests arriving before 3:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Guest Service staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
